Hello! We’re Ash and Tanya, the founders of Corruption Events, one of the UK’s most exclusive and exciting lifestyle social events. Today, we’re excited to share a little about who we are, our journey into the lifestyle, and how Corruption Events came to be.
How It All Started
Seven years ago, we began our relationship and quickly realized we had a deep, adventurous connection. Five years ago, an unexpected conversation opened the door to the lifestyle for us. A female friend approached us with a proposition—a three-way. Intrigued and curious, she also introduced us to a swinging/lifestyle app where like-minded people can connect.
Within just days of joining, we found a local lifestyle club, only five minutes from our home. We decided to explore, meeting a couple interested in a similar experience. We wanted to invite a woman to join us, while they were looking for a couple to join them. What started as curiosity blossomed into a lifestyle choice, progressing over time to full couple swaps and unforgettable connections.
Taking a Break and Finding Our Community
Like many others, our journey paused for a few years due to COVID and the demands of family life. When we finally got back into the lifestyle, we attended a social event in Leeds. While we enjoyed reconnecting with the community, we felt that the existing events didn’t match our vibe. The social we attended was all-inclusive, and while this works for some, we realized it wasn’t for us.
So, we started small—reaching out to around 10 attractive couples on a lifestyle app for a private meetup in Leeds. That night was unforgettable, sparking new friendships and a sense of community. This core group became the foundation of what is now Corruption Events. Each event grew from word of mouth and a high-quality guest list. Soon, our exclusive lifestyle social became one of the biggest and best-known in the country.
Discovering Swinghub and the Next Evolution
As we continued attending clubs and other people’s events, we met Gage from Swinghub, a new app created for the lifestyle community. Swinghub was revolutionary—it provided a safe, verified way to meet people, something we’d long felt was missing from other apps. The platform also focused on fostering a genuine sense of community. We quickly realized that Swinghub was the right fit for Corruption Events and decided to partner with them.
Although moving away from other platforms initially impacted attendance, it was a step forward, aligning Corruption Events with a platform that shared our values and offered a modern, secure approach to the lifestyle.

Today, our events are bigger and better than ever! We have a vibrant Telegram group filled with the Norths’ hottest lifestyle couples and singles, and our events continue to expand. From club takeovers to private venue rentals, Corruption Events has become known for high-energy, exclusive gatherings with a carefully curated guest list of verified and engaging members. Our partnership with Swinghub has allowed us to stay connected with the best in the lifestyle and create memorable events for everyone who attends.
